Due to weather or any other act of god or technical failure, meaning the band cannot play the gig due to unforeseen circumstances, 50% of the fee will be required as an overhead fee to cover travel, insurance etc. The band will keep you updated.

The band are not liable for the venue's insurances and therefore take no responsibility for any venue issues, we are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance up to 1 million GBP. Proof of this can be shown

20% deposits will be taken at an initial booking stage, this secures the date with the band. This is non refundable and in the event of the organiser/s cancelling, this deposit will therefore be kept for expenses. If you cancel on the week of the event, 50% will be required and the outstanding balance will be invoiced for accordingly.

If the band feel the event is out of control, they have the wherewithal to draw a halt to the event to speak with organisers, if the issue is not resolved, and any band member feels harassed or unsafe, the gig could be terminated, in no breach of contract.
